Transferable* Lifetime Limited Warranty

Digger Specialties, Inc. warrants to the original consumer purchaser that its vinyl materials are free of defects in workmanship and materials and that, in the course of normal and proper use, its vinyl materials will not peel, blister, flake, rot, corrode, rust, be damaged by termites, or be subject to abnormal weathering or discoloration.

This warranty is effective for the lifetime of the original owner of real estate upon which the material is installed. The original owner must complete a warranty registration card and send it to Digger Specialties, Inc., P.O. Box 241, Bremen, IN 46506 in order for the warranty to be valid.

If the real estate is sold, the warranty will be transferred and be in effect for the second owner for a period of 20 years non-prorated. The second owner will have 60 days to complete and mail a warranty registration card to Digger Specialties, Inc., P.O. Box 241, Bremen, IN 46506 in order for the warranty to be valid.

*The Transferable Lifetime Limited Warranty is for "living entities" only.
