COMMERCIAL COURTYARD® ALUMINUM FENCING
Manufacturer: CourtYard® Aluminum fence is manufactured and assembled in Bremen, Indiana and shipped to our other three plant locations in Randleman, North Carolina; Sarcoxie, Missouri; and Valdosta, Georgia.
Product Presentation: Assembled with unique patented (#US 7,152,849 B2) hidden picket fasteners for all vertical pickets (NO SCREWS) and patented (#US 7,134,647 B2) rail locks to fasten all rails to posts. All-welded gate frames and pickets.
Uses & Application: Ornamental fencing for residential homes, entryways, and swimming pools (consult local area codes).
Product in Place: The finished product is clean prior to packaging for shipment.
Assembly/Installation: Residential models are factory assembled and boxed. Post holes are drilled 6" - 8" diameter x 36", minimum depth using concrete backfill. Check with local frost level codes. Sections slide and lock into pre-routed posts.
Components and Parts: All gates are welded aluminum (frames and verticals). All fences have matching styles of gates, Swivel Mounts and Wall Mounts.
Materials/Finishes: Aluminum Alloy 6063-T6 (Post/Rails) and 6063-T52 (Pickets) with custom blended Polyester TGIC Powder Coating. Powder Coating tested and verified AAMA 2604-02 compliant. Available in Satin Black, Black Fine Texture, Metallic Bronze, Metallic Bronze Fine Texture, Gloss Dark Green, Gloss Beige, and Gloss White.
