Statistical Data

We collect statistical data about visitors to our web site. This is NOT related to any personally identifying information. We want to know how many people visit our site, how many are first time visitors, what search engines and words or phrases were used to find our site, etc. We do NOT identify individuals or their surfing habits. Digger Specialties, Inc. and the web site developer use this statistical data for the sole purpose of monitoring and improving the performance of the web site.

Information Submitted on the Information Request Form

The information submitted on the Information Request Form is used solely for the reason it was submitted - to give you the information you request. If you express interest in finding the distributor or dealer nearest you, we will pass your information to that distributor or dealer and our Company's Territory Managers so they may provide additional assistance. The information you provide is used within our company, we do NOT sell it.

Product Update Email List

We do not send you unsolicited email. You must ask us to send you email (opt-in) by entering your email address in the appropriate box on the Information Request Form. You can "unsubscribe" from the Product Update Email list by following the instructions in the email. This list is not published and is not sold or given to any outside company.

Contest Winner List

The information for people selected as contest winners will be published and will not be deleted. This is a condition of the contest and by entering your email address you agreed to the contest rules and conditions, including permission to use your name, city, and state in the winner's list.
