Vice President of Operations Assistant: Margaret Borkholder

Margaret began working for Digger Specialties, Inc. in September of 2004 as an Assistant to the Vice President of Operations after working 7 years for a sister company. She coordinates activities for meetings chaired by the Vice President of Operations by overseeing announcements, schedules, reservations, and assisting in designing presentations, etc. She makes travel arrangements for the Vice President of Operations and other members of the operations team as well as assisting in making appointments and scheduling activities.

Margaret enjoys her flower gardens and says it's great therapy to unwind and relax at the end of the day.

 

Human Resources: Judy Steele

Judy joined Digger Specialties, Inc. in September 2000 serving the dual roles of Human Resources and Payroll Administration. Her duties require maintaining all personnel and benefit information, coordinating company social functions, and managing the Reception and General Support positions. Judy and her husband, Russell, live on a farm near the Bremen facility. They have four grown children, three sons and one daughter, two granddaughters, and one grandson.

 

Payroll Clerk: Amy Shepherd

Amy began working at Digger Specialties, Inc. in July 2010 as the Payroll Clerk. She also helps assist with Human Resources. She lives in Bremen, Indiana.

 

Receptionist: Marilyn Schmidt

Marilyn joined Digger Specialties as Receptionist in November 2004. She lives in Bremen, Indiana. She has been married to her husband, Bob, for 37 years. they have three grown children (two daughters, one son) and one granddaughter.

 

Controller: Tim Stichter

Tim joined the Digger Specialties team as Accounting Manager in April 2001. He is responsible for managing the Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cost Accounting, and Credit and Collection areas. He was moved into the position of Controller in 2007.

Before joining Digger Specialties, he spent several years in Educational Administration and in other manufacturing environments. Tim, his wife, Evely, and their four children live near the small Indiana town of Etna Green.

 

Credit and Collections Administrator: Miriam Aspeitia

Miriam moved from Southernn California to Granger, IN in December 2012.  She has raised three sons, two of whom are twins.  The twins have blessed her with 7 grandchildren, ranging from 5 to 17 years old.  Her youngest son is a Los Angeles police officer.  She loves spending time with her children and grandchildren and has recently taken up sewing as a hobby.  The Midwest has taught her new ways of living and she has embraced the change of life here.  Snow skidding is something she hopes to master, but she is looking forward to the winter.

 

 

 

Accounts Payable/Receivable: Jenny J. Miller

Jenny began working for Digger Specialties, Inc. in the summer of 2011 bringing with her over 8 years of accounting experience.  Jenny is responsible for Accounts Payable, part of Accounts Receivable, and General Services.  Jenny and husband, Kevin, have two children Ashlee & Ethan, and they live outside of New Paris.  When not busy at work or with her kids, Jenny enjoys camping and spending time with her family and friends.

 

Cost Accounting: Dennis Cole

Dennis has been with Digger Specialties, Inc. since February of 2005. He lives in Plymouth, Indiana.

 

 

 

Cost Accounting:  Lily Ng

Lily Ng proudly joined Digger Specialties in the Summer of 2012.  Lily brings with her a substantial background in Accounting and Finance, Business Development, Operations, and Corporate Compliance.  She is an alumna of Purdue University and obtained her Masters in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2010.  She is fluent in Cantonese Chinese and has limited working proficiency in Spanish.  Currently, Lily is pursuing the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) Certification.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playing sports, and growing on a personal and professional level.

 

Information Systems: Larry McKinney

Larry 'Big Stick' McKinney joined Digger Specialties in 2000 after a brief, 27 year, hitch in the United States Marine Corps. 'Big Stick' is responsible for both the hardware and software for all of the company's communication and information systems. He and his family live in Elkhart, Indiana.

 

Information Systems Assistant: Patrick Cashen

Patrick is responsible for assisting in maintaining both the hardware and software for all of the company's communication and information systems. He is also the primary contact for end user support, unlike Larry McKinney who makes people cry. He resides in Plymouth, Indiana.
