|Controller: Tim Stichter|
Tim joined the accounting department at Digger Specialties as the Accounting Manager in 2001. In 2007 he became the Controller and now manages Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Costing, and Credit and Collections. Prior to joining DSI he worked in educational administration and in various positions in the manufacturing environment.
Tim has undergraduate degrees in general studies and management, and a master’s degree in administration. He resides near the small Indiana town of Etna Green. He is married to Evelyn and they have four children.
|Human Resource Manager: Tami Woodward
Tami came to Digger Specialties in May of 2014 as the Human Resources Manager. She takes care of all employee needs, organizes the company picnic, birthday lunches, and oversees Payroll. Tami previously worked at Jeld-Wen Windows & Doors for 19 years in the Human Resources Department. When the plant closed in Plymouth Tami was offered a position in Jeld-Wen’s Divisional office in the accounting department where she started with AR then was promoted to a Financial Accountant where she took care of 9 of the different plants.
Tami has two children; Michael 21 and Kali 17, and one grandson, with another one on the way and lives in Plymouth, Indiana. Tami loves to sew outside of work especially making quilts.
|Information Systems: Larry McKinney|
Larry 'Big Stick' McKinney joined Digger Specialties in 2000 after a brief, 27 year, hitch in the United States Marine Corps. 'Big Stick' is responsible for both the hardware and software for all of the company's communication and information systems. He and his family live in Elkhart, Indiana.
|Payroll Clerk: Amy Shepherd|
Amy began working at Digger Specialties, Inc. in July 2010 as the Payroll Clerk. She also helps assist with Human Resources. She lives in Bremen, Indiana.
|Receptionist: Marilyn Schmidt|
|Marilyn joined Digger Specialties as Receptionist in November 2004. She lives in Bremen, Indiana. She has been married to her husband, Bob, for 40 years. they have three grown children (two daughters, one son), two granddaughters and one grandson.|
|Credit and Collections Clerk: Miriam Aspeitia|
|Miriam moved from Southern California to Granger, IN in December 2012. She has raised three sons, two of whom are twins. The twins have blessed her with 7 grandchildren, ranging from 5 to 17 years old. Her youngest son is a Los Angeles police officer. She loves spending time with her children and grandchildren and has recently taken up sewing as a hobby. The Midwest has taught her new ways of living and she has embraced the change of life here. Snow skidding is something she hopes to master, but she is looking forward to the winter.|
|Senior Cost Accountant: Dennis Cole|
|Dennis has been with Digger Specialties, Inc. since February of 2005. He lives in Plymouth, Indiana.|
|Information Systems Assistant: Patrick Cashen|
|Patrick is responsible for assisting in maintaining both the hardware and software for all of the company's communication and information systems. He is also the primary contact for end user support, unlike Larry McKinney who makes people cry. He resides in Plymouth, Indiana.|
