Contest Rules and Conditions

What We Give Away

Each month Digger Specialties, Inc. will give away one of the following items from our Vinyl Accents line of products; Mailbox Post, Flower Box, or Morning Glory Trellis. Winners will be notified by email. Winners can accept the designated prize for that month or they can refuse the prize. They cannot select a different prize. Digger Specialties, Inc. will pay for shipping the prize to the winner's valid shipping address; shippers cannot deliver to a Post Office Box.

How The Contest Works

Winners are selected by a computer randomly picking an email address from the list of entrants.

Entering The Contest:

You enter the contest only by including your email address in the "Email Subscription and Contest Entry" portion of the Information Request Form. Just fill out the form, including your email address, and send it to us.

Other Rules and Conditions: By entering this contest you agree to these rules and conditions.

1. Only one contest entry per household, or organization is allowed.
2. Only one prize per person, household, or organization will be awarded.
3. Refusing the prize does not change the winner's status. (i.e. they still cannot win a second prize.)
4. Email addresses selected as winners cannot win again.
5. Winning email addresses will not be deleted from the Contest List, even if the user "un-subscribes" from the Product Update Email List.
6. Winning email addresses will not be added back to the Contest List even if the user "re-subscribes" to the Product Update Email List.
7. By entering this contest, you grant permission to use your name, city, and state in the Winner's List, should you be selected as a winner. We will list the date the winner was selected, his or her first name, last name, city, state, and prize. Sample: "Our June 2003 winner was Bob Smith of Tecumseh, GA. He won a Flower Box from our Vinyl Accents line".
